Order Your 2011 Club Clothing!

New for 2011, the Toronto Inline Skating Club will be offering a Club clothing line to members.

To place an order, download this form (pdf version), print it, and submit to Peter Doucet or Alain Quintard at practice. The clothing order will be placed on April 7th or after the second practice of the season.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The 2011 program will focus on the development of speed, endurance, and health with a focus on the following

- proper skating technique and agility
- fun, joy, and freedom of skating
- safety
- achieving health through active participation
- tactics and strategy

Plans for the 2011 program include

- use of multiple coaches and instructors for delivery of program
- fitness, youth, and racing programs

- using both track and road to prepare skaters for events

Practices will begin with dry-land warm-up lasting about 30-minutes, on-skates technique to develop efficiency, followed by drills, activities, and training geared at developing technique, agility, higher speed, greater endurance, and tactical awareness.
