TISC’s Jade Pauley & Shannon Hegarty continue their winning way in today’s RSO Series held at Father Redmond. The two claimed top spots overall of all male and female skaters.
Higher winds meant that times weren’t as fast as hoped. Despite this and lower than expected attendance from TISC skaters, racing was still fast as skaters aimed for and set personal best times.
The next series race will take place on August 29th in Harriston.
NRS’ Liz Perrie leads the opening 100-meter of the 500-meter sprint. Despite her initial lead, she relented the race to TISC’s Candy Wong (in red). Amanda Tickner (in TISC colours- orange & blue) placed 3rd- photo from SpeedSkateWorld.com
