April 8th Practice Cancelled Due to Rain, 2010 Program Info

April 8, 2010

It’s raining right now, and with rain on the forecast for this evening, today’s practice, which was to be held at the Father Redmond 400-meter track in Etobicoke (Toronto) is cancelled.

On another note, please know that we’re working on finalizing details on additional practices, with Monday practices in central Toronto, Wednesdays on the Martin Goodman Trail, and a Saturday skate on the Hamilton Beach Trail along lake Ontario in Burlington. These extra practices are non-official as the venues will not be closed to traffic or permitted for exclusive use by TISC.

We’re also working on a beginner’s program for skaters who wish to learn how to inline skate. More on this later.

Also, we should also be starting an Ice to Inline to Ice program in early May for short track & long track speed skaters.

Please click here for the most recent information on the 2010 season, including directions, times, dates, venue information, membership information, what to bring, downloading forms, and prices.
