- Tuesday & Thursday practices held at the Hershey Center (Mississauga) in the overflow parking lot on the North-East, practice begins at 6pm (April & September) and 6:30pm (May to August)
- Road program on Wednesdays on Toronto’s Martin Goodman Trail and on Saturday mornings at the Burlington Waterfront Trail- times TBA, skating at your own risk because TISC does not close down the venue
- Ice to Inline to Ice program once a week (either Tuesday or Thursday for 1-hour), focused on short track & long track speed skater’s needs
- Learn to race program once a week (either Tuesday or Thursday for 1-hour)
