Many TISC skaters competed in the RSC’s Canadian Championships and Canada Day Marathon. Congratulations to everyone who put forth their best efforts in representing themselves, TISC, and their sponsors.
A lot of personal best and national record times were set during the racing over the last four days.
A number of TISC members were selected to represent Canada at the upcoming World Roller Speed Skating Championships this September in Gijon, Spain. TISC members on the Canadian team include Wayne Burrett (manager), Peter Doucet (senior) Morgane Echardour (senior), Sarah Hopkins (senior), Chelsea Parry (junior), Jade Pauley (junior), and Travis Shaw (senior).
